[nmglug] Voice Chat?

Anyone know of a free software voice chat program?

It would need to use a protocol for which there are gnu/linux and MS
windows clients.

If you're familiar with RogerWilco, that's what I'm trying to replace. A
lightweight voice chat program that could be used while playing
multiplayer games.

I haven't tried using GnomeMeeting/NetMeeting as I imagine it's overkill
and possibly a drag on system resources (maybe bandwidth too?) But
that's what I'll try if I don't get any better ideas or suggestions.
