On another note, balrog appears to be limping along and will hopefully
return to full health soon.  Please let me know if there are problems.

E-mail list seems to be working (at least for me sitting next to
balrog), Web site is back up (haven't checked all pages yet), irc daemon
is clearly not working right, but I don't know how to fix that.
