hey everyone,

for those of you who were at the last meeting, i'm steve, the funny
kid who kept talking about gentoo.

anyway, i just wanted to let you know i have released a mortgage &
loan calculator under the gnu gpl at http://www.ossix.net/mortgage

it's kind of cool + unique cuz it solves for present value, interest
rate, period, payment, and future value.  i'd like to,, in the future,
turn it into an educational tool that teaches people about the perils
and dark annals of interest (and also the math behind it).
