Does the Web server respond when you hit this URL from the 192.168.0.11
box?

(or some name that resolves to that box).  If the 192.168.0.11 address
is right, that sure sounds like the right thing to do (forward port 80
on the router external interface to port 80 on 192.168.0.11).
