I've heard other users of qwest tell me that they had to contact qwest to set
up their port forwards.  I had the same experience when using a wireless DSL.
 The ISP wanted total control of the box.

Another idea for you is to set up a box on your net as a router and use the
DMZ function of the qwest modem/router to bypass the NAT on the actiontec
modem/router.
