[nmglug] Santa Fe free Wi Fi

Here's an article that made usatoday about Rio Rancho's attempt to go wireless.  The project has stalled for now as the wireless company backed out of the project.  I for one am not a candidate for this type of wireless but I can certainly see the desire.
