Some ROMs have a barebones utility to load a raw flash image. I would recommend
downloading a BIOS image, getting the raw file - NOT THE .EXE, using dd to write
it to the disk, setting the recovery mode (usually by removing the CMOS RESET
jumper), and inserting the disk. Otherwise, google for the name of the board and
"bios recovery"
