Dear computer club members;
I must thank each of you who have contributed to my understanding of Apache2 
and Mailman.
Although the programs are not completely in place the major chasms have been 
traversed.
Mr G from Lac added what I would consider the crutial operative part of the 
puzzle whereby I can contact the program via network.The solution.
"Withlist  -l -a -r fix_url"            (fix_url.py)
