[nmglug] permissions fixed!!

this issue with my network and MOL seem to be ongoing as I restarted and
had the same problem with no connection. Does anyone use MOL? If so
please contact me on the list as I am having problems with MOL taking
over the whole screen instead of being in a window that I could
minimize, etc.
