this is probably getting tedious and for that I apologize. I just tried
to unmount the drive and can't. I ran:
brianokeefe at ubuntu:~$ cd /media
brianokeefe at ubuntu:/media$ ls
cdrom  cdrom0  For_linux  For_Linux  sda9
brianokeefe at ubuntu:/media$ ls -l
total 744916
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root        root                6 2005-08-25 12:05 cdrom
-> cdrom0drwxr-xr-x  2 root        root             4096 2005-08-25
12:05 cdrom0
-rw-r--r--  1 root        root        762030080 2006-08-15 12:59 For_linux
drwxrwxrwx 15 brianokeefe brianokeefe      4096 2006-08-15 13:09 For_Linux
drwxr-xr-x  2 root        root             4096 2006-08-13 20:58 sda9

It seems a bit strange that when I ran ls in /media I see 2 "For_Linux"
where there has only been 1, as it should be. Is there just trouble with
Linux and usb or is it me? God, I hope not! Me that is.
