The cisco router can/will provide everything you need for multi-subnet
routing.  You will need to have switches that support vlans.  I've only used
Cisco switches for the vlan/multi-subnet stuff but I'm sure any switch that
supports vlans should work with the cisco router.

Further you will need to configure your DHCP/WINS servers to support the
multiple vlans.
