And here's what happened:
$ ln -s /usr/lib/qt4/lib/libQtGui.so.4 /usr/lib/libQtGui.so.4
ln: creating symbolic link `/usr/lib/libQtGui.so.4' to
`/usr/lib/qt4/lib/libQtGui.so.4': File exists
brianokeefe at ubuntu:~$ qtwengophone
qtwengophone: error while loading shared libraries: libQtUiTools.so.4:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
