Just wanted to share that today July 4th,
Openmoko started shipping the new Neo-Freerunner,

I just purchased mine, hopefully receiving it next Tuesday.
a truly open sourced mobile phone that runs on Linux 
Has GPS (and socket for external antenna), G2.5, WiFi, Bluethoot, USB
ports,  etc, etc,
