Hi - do "lsmod | grep tg3". If you get nothing, then try "sudo modprobe
tg3", followed by "dmesg" (presuming the modprobe didn't fail). The end
of the output of the latter command should be related to the
provisioning of the ethernet card. What distribution are you running?
What kernel ("uname -a")?
