[nmglug] Whither Ubuntu 8.10?

I was going to try to elbow my way in and download Ubuntu 8.10 ("Intrepid
Ibex") this morning, but all the site says is "Coming Soon."

This after their counters made it appear that it would be available at
midnight local time.

Anybody know what's up? Will it be available today or has there been some
delay?
