I've got one running on an Intel D945GCLF Dual -- a dual 1.6 GHz Atom.
It's running fine so far.

Absolute Computing on Menaul in ABQ has some 1GHz Via EPIA-M M-1000
motherboards in 19 in rack cases for about $20.  Last one I saw had
no memory, so you'll have to take that into account.
