You could try calling Steve Ewers at El Dorado Computer Works at 466-1262

http://www.eldoradocomputerworks.blogspot.com/

some of my business clients have bought used PC's/HP laptops there (and
previously at Santa Fe Computer Works) with success. Steve often has
used parts and computer systems on hand.

Here's a $200 laptop on Craigslist.

Or a relatively new Dell Inspiron for $250

for $200 a D830 (looks like a D820 to me but difficult to tell)

$110 http://santafe.craigslist.org/sys/3846580247.html

for retail used machines I'd say SF Computer Works or El Dorado Computer
Works. For a new PC I'd say an Asus from Best Buy if you have to
purchase locally and don't want to go to Albuquerque (In and Out
Computers has a number of used computers for sale). If a used Macintosh
then maybe Dot Foil LLC.

The best option would be to purchase something to meet the specific
requirements on-line and have it shipped rather than do the impulse
purchase here locally. Or you could build one on the cheap
