[nmglug] Building resumes for multiple output formats from a simple markdown file

I've been job hunting here in NM recently, so I came up with a simple way
to manage my resumes.

The code described here uses CMake to produce from a single markdown
formatted text file an output set including DOCX, HTML, and PDF.

All the tools mentioned here are available on recent versions of Ubuntu
(12.04 up), and will likely work on earlier versions with some tweaking.
