[nmglug] SFBC winter hours

I talked to Jorge, the owner at Pecos Cafe.  He said he will provide a 
pass word to his Internet. His back room is sometimes reserved for 
parties which sometimes are large.  If the back room is not available, 
we can use a larger table in the dining room.  Most the time they are 
not very busy so it is not too noisy in the dining room.  They have a 
Mariachi band on Fridays, but since we meet on Thursdays that is not a 
problem.
