Does anyone know what's going on with this?'

That's the link I use frequently as a reference for explanations and for
command flags, options, arguments, whatever.
I visited the page today, but I saw
Repository unavailable due to DMCA takedown.

Why would DMCA take down a help page on github?
Does anyone have any insight about this?'
