[nmglug] Segment phone log MP3

Hi

OS  Debian 10. Firefox, Cinnamon.

The call log has a voice segment saved in mp3. in the filesystem i 
created a phone folder when I attempt to save partial list opens with a 
choice for additonal choices when that opens there is no additonal list 
per se although I can save to for instance Documents, Downloads. Videos. 
How would I save to Phone folder.As so many are, I am not a fully time 
professional so any advise will need to clearly connect each element of 
any solution.
