[nmglug] testing a nmglug room on matrix

NMGLUGers, OK, so I guess I am registered at Element, too. So maybe I will
see what's going in both meetups and figure out where we might be. Jitsi
was simple and it is on the website, so we will have to see which suits the
group and does not eliminate participation arbitrarily. Thank you, Ted P.
