[nmglug] GIMP or scraping tutorial?

NMGLugers, I am okay with the topics - GIMP/masks and web-scraping - for
future meetings. For tonight I may be able to report for a bit on Debian
11/BullsEye from a user perspective. I am happy with the status of Debian
stable release and I have noticed a few changes that make it more
comfortable for the general user.  I continue my efforts to expand the
GnuLinux users numbers among low income seniors. Many are capable users,
but not interested in the inner workings of their systems. I act as
navigator and tutor with mostly good results.
