[nmglug] Any ideas to revive a 2015 Macbook Air?

Hi NMGLUG folks,

A friend has a 2015 Macbook Air that won't turn on. He used it for
months while it was exposed overnight to below freezing temperatures.
One day, it wouldn't turn on, and has not been able to be turned on
since then.
Any ideas?
