Hi all,

I'm finding lots of "how-tos" on the web to install the 3.0 kernel.
Is this advisable as i am running Ubuntu 10.10? I am getting lots of
updates that I can't install in the Update Manager and I'm wondering
if it's because of the kernel and dependencies.

Here's apt-get in the terminal:
"sudo apt-get upgrade
