[nmglug] grub error 18

Thanks. I now have gnu/linux booting (I used 'update-grub' to create 
menu.lst then changed hd0,0 to hd0,1). I am trying to get windows to boot.

title Windows
root (hd0,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1

This does not work. Any ideas?
