Sorry to be so unknowledgeable trying correct the deficit-quickly as 
possible.
Going to http://btmgr.sourceforge.net/3.7/," sbminst-static" does not 
download so I will assume it is part of btmgr-3.7-1.tar.gz try that and 
extract "sbminst-static" from there,I believe the file is not to large for a 
dial-up download.
 thenb I will download the file to my computer
" grab sbminst.static, chmod a+x it, and stick in a floppy."
since I have unresolved floppy issues  will the following work" chmod a+x 
"then try the "potato" CD and by pass any floppy use,Is my understanding 
sufficient to this point?
In what directory shall I place "sbminst.static"?
