Dear fellas and Gals:
I plan to reload mailman and apache and as you may know the config files 
persist for practical reasons.
this time I would like to reload the config files as will.
I understand that generally when a file is unloaded it may not disapper(by 
rm) but may persist without  link the the originally specified program. The 
question ,to have the file disappear completely, would sending it to 
/dev/null work.? is /dev/null credable or is there another preferred method.
