[nmglug] where to buy a cheap linux computer these days?

Amigos, Sam's Club seems to not carry the CPUBuilders boxes anymore.
WalMart does not have their $200 Linux PC anymore.  What's the best
way to get a cheap box with linux-ready h/w and no Windows these days?

My neighbor is so sick of Windows that he said he would get a cheap
machine and give it to me to install a debian-based distro; I need to
get to him soon.
