[nmglug] Beep!!@#$%@

Hello,
 So I installed Ubuntu Dapper recently. I had serious issues with
Metacity and focusing windows. So I installed sawfish. My focus issues
are gone :) , however I cant seem to disable the beeping when I get an
error. I disabled the events in the sound config , and even turned error
beeps off in the sawfish config. Im still getting the beeps though. I
was able to shut it off in gnome-term but not for Eclipse or RadRails :\

Anyone konw how I can kill this beeping? Its making mad :x
