This isn't quite so useful, as it could be a symlink to a lib that doesn't exist.

Try (and send us the output of)

ls -al /usr/lib/libQtGui.so.4
and
namei /usr/lib/libQtGui.so.4

Also, as root, run ldconfig and see if that helps anything.
