You need an iso burner to create bootable cd's from iso images.  Try installing this free iso burner for Windows XP.  Once installed you simply right click on the .iso file from windows explorer and the menu will pop up with burning options.

Dear Glug/Lunux users:
I have recently tried backing up a copy of the live cd "Knoppix 5.1.1. "
Although,the files seem to have transferred the back up copy 
no longer boots as a live disk.
The equiptment I have and used to copy the cd is powered by xp.
Can you offer a solution?      Anthony K.
