[nmglug] saving disk space

thanks for the reply. I already have thunderbird installed and wanted
the Lightning extension. The goal is to get calendaring to work as I
crapped my Sunbird calendar. I have no wish to install from source but
being on a Mac ppc leaves me no choice as the Lightning extension
doesn't exist for ppc as a friendly .xpi installable like some others
do, like spamato for instance, which works great.
 My big long post of a few days ago details the early demise of my
sunbird calendar and unjoy of building from source!
