Hello from the meeting!

I replaced the access point at santa fe baking company. Using a linksys
wrt54gl and the latest openwrt kamikaze firmware. I am happy to report
that we no longer have any crashes. We were previously using ddwrt
firmware and it was crashing at least twice a day. The internet usage is
exceptionally high at sfbc, it is an example that openwrt is a rock
solid, low overhead firmware. I am very impressed.

I am also happy to report that the breadbox pc is still running strong
(http://nmglug.org/sfbc), the community relies on it daily. It is a safe
terminal for checking email and people have started using it regulary
for writing papers, importing photos from cameras, chatting, burning
cd's and playing games (mostly frozen bubble).

Cheers
