[nmglug] Ubuntu and Mono and MonoDevelop

Before I get flamed for going the wrong direction on the cross platform
bridge, Let me say that getting monodevelop to run on ubuntu 7.10 has
been 'hairy' to say the least.

I came across this blog that covered just about every issue I
experienced.
