Dear nmgluggers,

I haven't looked at Qwest's offerings for quite a while, but I was
wondering if anyone has opinions on what Qwest is offering these days.

I have qwest.net as ISP, and I have a reasonable download rate whose
numerical value I do not remember.

I find it nice because the IP address does not change often and I can
ssh in from work or from travel.

Has anyone examined these options recently?  If so, what would you
recommend?
