[nmglug] SSD firmware

Thank you Nick. One more question. I'm not familiar with moving files in
and out of virtualbox so how can I get my firmware file I downloaded on my
ubuntu computer over to the tinyxp in my vituralbox so that it is in that
virtual OS for me to click on and install there?
