If that's all you need ... I've had great luck with JungleDisk:

    https://www.jungledisk.com/

Think encrypted NFS (encrypted in transmission as well as destination)
with storage in Amazon S3. Extremely easy to use and automate.
Reliable in the ~5 years I've been using them. Inexpensive.

It has its own challenges: no hardlinks; and if you use rsync you
must use --inplace because rename() doesn't actually work on S3.
I can live with those.
