[nmglug] addendium owf

perhaps due to my naiveté did not work.

let me review my attempt to make those changes:
went to file "configure.status".
opened with gedit
replaced "false" with 'true'
saved file to configure.status and hit replace.
upon re opening configure.status indicated "false"
replacing the "true" I had typed and saved?

Can you advise?
