60.4.0esr from Debian stable.

I was running testing about a month ago and that version of worked but
it would load a mobile web site instead of the regular web site.

I just tested it on another computer running Debian testing. That
computer is also running Firefox 60.4.0esr and I can access the chase
web site. It appears to be the same version as in stable.

That is weird.
