[nmglug] For 31 Jan, tweaking new Debian install on X240 and more?

It seems as if it's purely a matter of learning the various diffs in the
GUI. I use several depending on the mood that I'm in though I pretty
much stick to Gnome. Easy and familiar enough but XFCE works fine too.
the install from disc or USB is a snap, as you point out Ted.
