[nmglug] We Got a Shop

Hi Doug,

Do you still have your computer shop and are you interested in used
equipment?

I have a Brother HL-4070CDW color laser printer with duplex and wi-fi
connect. I have only used it for about 15 months. It has a problem with
uneven application of red color (sometimes streaking) and the colors
prints do not accurately represent the true colors. Also, the toner
cartridges are expensive and it needs a new set of color cartridges. I
know of a web site that sells new high yield cartridges for about 30%
off Brother's price. Other than the above the printer works very well
and runs on Linux Ubuntu.

I bought an Office Depot extended warranty, but lost the sales slip, so
rather than throw the printer in the garbage, I would like to give it away.

It weighs about 65 lbs., but I am willing to repack in original box and
bring it to your shop if you are interested. Help moving it would be
appreciated, however.

I also, have some other computer stuff if you are interested.

Thank you,

Alvin Larson
