At work, we use  highdesertweb.com, an Albuquerque hosting company.

   Advantages:
         Local company
         Knowledgeable tech staff that communicates clearly
         good service & rates
         Linux hosting with php, mysql
         easy to work with and talk to

They can probably provide you with just what you're looking for.
We've used them for over 2 years and have been very happy with them.

Worth a phone call
