[nmglug] vimeo error message fix?

"Sorry,because of its privcy settings ,this video cannot be played 
here."  about config. *media.autoplay.enabled* to true

Vimeo not working with above message. Any ideas how to fix?

Desk top ubuntu 16.04 32 bit.
