[nmglug] Comcast mail DNS resolution

Someone on another LUG list I'm on is also having Comcast mail
problems, on Ubuntu running Systemd-resolvd, which apparently
has some sort of bug affecting DNS for Comcast mail servers.
I'm fuzzy on the details, but since someone here was having
a similar problem, if this sounds like it might be related,
