[nmglug] NM Community BBB Project

For me, for starters, everything works fine on Android, iOS, and on
Chromium on Debian and/or Ubuntu.

I cannot get Firefox to play nice with video (error 1020).  Again, testing
and insights are welcome.  Thanks for those who have already expressed
interest.
